- It is best to buy an apartment in an already established house. at least 4-5 years have passed since its completion. Situations often arise when a person has purchased a home, made repairs, and after a while, the laminate or stretch ceilings begin to disperse in the apartment. Accordingly, everything has to be redone. You can walk around the neighbours; ask if they had any difficulties, especially on the upper floors: were their earthquakes, were there any problems with water.
- Check the apartment for audibility. We have a house in the city wherein the bathroom on the seventh floor you can hear swearing on the tenth, and on the first one wash their hands. Did you like the apartment, but the audibility does not suit you? Get ready for the fact that you will have to spend money on soundproofing or put up with the fact that you will hear your neighbours, and they will hear you.
It is also worth paying attention to the decoration of the apartment. Repair from the developer is usually the most budgetary. Although there are those who try to do everything efficiently: the walls are levelled, tiles are laid in the toilet, and linoleum is on the floor. I do not recommend buying new buildings with laminate flooring if the house is less than 4 years old. When the house shrinks, the house can move, and the beautiful floor will heave or disperse.
Secondary housing
We do not advise clients to buy apartments in houses that are over 50 years old. Such buildings often suffer from the fungus. First of all, any old house needs to be inspected externally: blackness on the corner can be the first sign of mould, which is very difficult to get rid of.
